What AGA never does
Grant scams cost Americans real money. Here's exactly what you can hold us to, so you can tell us apart from anyone impersonating us.
- We never award grants or claim to be the government. AGA is a private information and guidance service. Funders and agencies make every award decision.
- We never guarantee funding. No one can. Any service that guarantees you a grant is a red flag.
- We never charge a fee to "release," "process" or "unlock" a grant. Real grants don't have release fees. Our only charges are the published plan prices on our pricing page.
- We never call, text or DM you offering a grant. If someone contacts you claiming to be AGA with a grant offer, it isn't us. Report it to us and to ReportFraud.ftc.gov.
- We never ask for your Social Security number, bank login or card PIN. You enter sensitive information only on the funder's or agency's own official application.
- We never ask for payment by gift card, wire transfer, payment app or crypto. Those payment requests are always scams.
- We never take a percentage of any grant you win. Our prices are flat and published. Percentage-of-award pay breaks grant-profession ethics codes.
- We never send you to paid lists of "government grants." Federal grants are listed free on Grants.gov. We link to official sources.
- We never invent amounts or deadlines. We show an amount or deadline only when the official page states it, along with the date we checked.
- We never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from alerts or delete your account at any time.
- We never make cancelling hard. Paid plans can be cancelled anytime, with no hidden fees, and you see your renewal date in advance.
